Real Techniques Skincare Sponges Sample Kit Review

Thanks to Real Techniques I was given a chance to try some new products!

While sponges aren’t usually my thing unless it is as a beauty makeup blender, as soon as I heard it was a skincare sponge my interest was piqued. I love skincare, after all!

I’m glad I decided to try them. Real Techniques sent me a cute sample kit and was I excited! Once tested, I was impressed. The texture of the first sponge I used the miracle cleanse sponge infused with probiotics felt utterly amazing on my skin! My face got a full-on massage. Having recalled it had probiotics in it made me even more happy.

As for the miracle skincare sponge. As per the directions I used one side to pat face toner onto my face then used the rubberized side to apply my skincare products which was my face moisturizer after cleansing and applying face serum. It was mostly a sensorial experience, for sure. More than anything.

Finally, the last one I tried was the miracle airblend sponge for makeup. The type I tend to use more often. This worked pretty standard to how most of these beauty sponges are for applying foundation with the exception it has an anti-microbial infusion which in my opinion is a necessity to keep everything sanitized. Thankfully, all these Real Techniques beauty sponges are anti-microbial.

Below, you can see how my foundation applied quite naturally and my makeup look for the day looked fantastic!
